Return & Exchange Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake, we will gladly exchange the item or accept a return. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply for a change of mind.
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for Wood Cases.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It is in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@fmcases.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to resolve it by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item due to damage, defects, or a mistake on our part, please contact us at support@fmcases.com. For other situations, the fastest way to get a replacement is to return the eligible item and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
