Is Hint Good for Kids to Drink?
Yes! Hint is a great beverage choice for kids and for the whole family. We've also created Hint Kids using the same exact recipe as Hint, just in kid-friendly packaging.
What Type of Bottle does Hint Use?
Hint uses fully recyclable, BPA-free, PET bottles.
We continue to investigate alternative packaging materials and bottling processes. However, we have found that the plant-based materials that we have considered require a lot of energy to produce and some are not recyclable. Some of these materials are also susceptible to heat damage and therefore are often shipped in refrigerated trucks, which use additional fossil fuel, in order to minimize damage to the bottles. As these materials improve and their safety is established, we will consider switching materials.
Our top priorities, with respect to packaging choices, are and will remain (1) providing the safest possible packaging that is suitable for our product and customers and (2) minimizing our impact on the environment.
Where Does Our Water Come From?
Our goal has always been and continues to be sourcing everything as locally as possible to the point of consumption, Hint is bottled in five locations in the USA. That remains the most ecologically responsible means of producing Hint.
We and our bottlers are continually working to reduce our impact on the environment including water use, energy use, and use of other resources. That includes adding more locations and getting more and more local as we grow this year and in the future.

What is your Shipping Policy?
We are happy to ship your Hint order to addresses located within the 48 contiguous United States.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we do not ship to FPOs, APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We also do not ship outside of the United States.
For shipments of 1 or 2 cases, including Hint subscriptions, we offer $9.99 flat rate shipping. For orders of 3 cases or more, shipping is FREE! Hint orders are shipped with Ground service.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed Monday through Friday morning typically ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday night will ship on Monday.
A shipping confirmation email will arrive in your inbox the evening of the day your order is packed and a tracking number has been assigned by the fulfillment center. This email will contain your Carrier Tracking Number. (Please check your email spam/junk mail folders if you have not seen the order and/or shipping confirmation email.)
Package tracking numbers are available in your shipping confirmation email, or by viewing your order in your drinkhint.com account. Please allow at least 48 hours after placing your order to check on your order tracking, as the tracking information may not be available from our shippers before that time.

What is your Return Policy?
We don't accept returns of product, product exchanges, and no refunds.
If your order was damaged in transit, or if you've received the wrong Hint Water order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately ecmcustom@gmail.com and either we will send you a replacement or offer you an equal exchange credit at ecomposer.io
If you believe there is a quality issue with your hint water, please take note of the code and the "best by" date printed on the neck of the bottle, so that we can trace the specific batch of Hint you have received. These inquiries will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
